The Les Copains association cares about protecting your data. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect, and why

Newsletter

  • Data: your email address (and chosen language).
  • Purpose: send you festival news (tickets, dates, backstage).
  • Legal basis: your consent (voluntary form sign-up).
  • Retention: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 12 months.
  • Email processor: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).

Ticketing

Ticket purchases happen on Shotgun, an external service acting as a separate data controller. We neither collect nor store your payment data. See their own privacy policy on their website.

We use no analytics and no advertising tools (no Google Analytics, no ad pixel).

Cookies & embedded content

The site sets no tracking cookies. Some pages embed third-party content that may set cookies when you view or activate it:

  • Spotify (playlist player, "Links" page): cookies set when the player loads.
  • YouTube (aftermovies, "Heritage" page): embedded in "no-cookie" mode — no cookie until you start the video.
  • Cloudflare: technical security cookie, strictly necessary.

You can block or delete cookies anytime via your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, email us at team@electrocorner.fr. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in every email.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
